Update:

Ha, I measured the wheels and it wasn't me who confused the offset of the wheels, it was the manufacturer! Awaiting his response.

@ lee172: As Luchboxer already pointed out, the body isn't fixed since it's my Lunchbox body and I don't want to put holes in window and roof. Will have to get longer body posts for the front anyway.

@ rcluke: Yes, I heard of them but they are hard to get around here and I wanted a 4WD.

@ paintstikker: What are you talking about? Building a Streetbox? We want proof!!!

Update:

My project is quite stuck at the moment, awaiting the Parma body (still 4 weeks away ) and new aluminium rims for the front (correct offset this time!)

I think I'll continue with the electronics (brushless) and hop up parts first.

Since this will be more like a shelf queen, I thought of a cheaper brushless set.

Any suggestions? What kind of NiMH do I need?

Why don't you look for a Novak SS4300 system if you can find them in Germany? That's about a 19T motor performance system....

But since you are in Germany, maybe look into LRP!! The Sphere is a very good ESC...

I have already looked at Sphere / Vector 1 Star Combo, but pretty expensive.

I'm looking for a milder brushless setup (don't want to run more than 6 cells), don't want to ruin my chassis!

I think I might go with this very well recommended set:

GM Brushless Set Genius 80 + EVO 2 7,5T (or 10T ) € 196,-
The ESC has a PC interface for Programming!

GBP 1.9:1
http://www.x-rates.com/d/USD/GBP/graph120.html

Euro 1.3:1
http://www.x-rates.com/d/USD/EUR/graph120.html

either way...both are stronger than the american dollar...

I don't think "Australia" and "Bargins" are two words that can be used in the same sentence.
