That looks awesome.
How did it run? Will you be posting any video of it in action?
Is there going to be an RTR or ARTR model?

We did run it and it is great. We should have the Video edited in the next couple of days.

There has been a few changes made to the Shocks and it really soaks up the bumps. They went to a lighter shock oil and a different spring. The difference comparing to my Race Runner (with the old oil and spring setup) is substantial.

They made the best handling Vehicles Handle Better!

Well i did it.... I ordered my Baja 1000 body, mounts, and tires and wheels for my Race Runner this am. Should have it next week. I might be divorced when she sees the card bill for this month, but it will be worth it!!!!

Hi troy can you tell us if the protective casing from the MCD MT will fit the new baja. If so this make it less exsposed all around because that is what will put people of from buying it. Thanks

I have the MCD RR and I have not had any problems with anything being exposed... You can see slight wear on my gears but they have held up well and I can see them lasting for as long as a year... I've had my car for about eight or nine months and I take it out at least 2 or 3 times a month, and I have had no problems with debri getting under the body. I also own the Baja 5b, and the FG Leo, I have more problems with debri with these cars than i do with my MCD. Parts being exposed on the MCD is not a good reason for not purchasing the new BAJA. My MCD has been by far my most dependable car...

I was told this morning, they (largescalerc) is working on some protectors to put under this new body to keep the stuff out. Shouldn't be to long till they have something available.

Will you be carrying these new springs?

As for the oil, do you have any idea what weight comes stock in the Racerunners, and what is now being used in the Baja 1000?

The oil that has been used is a 40 wt and the new oil is a 10 wt. I was told that the 10 wt is equal to FG 100.
