I am planning on using Deans Ultra Connector with the 10S extreme pack. Is this wise, or should i use something heavier?

That's what we are using, no apparent problems, but admitedly we don't have that many flights on them yet.

Thanks Mike. I am planning on using them because they are light. I guess you just have to be careful when you solder them .
