I replaced an old cell in my Great Planes glow driver recently with an Intellect 4200mah NiMH. I found that the cell outer diameter is a tight fit for the glow driver case and while pushing it in, the sleeve tore. What I did was to remove the sleeve completely and wrap the cell with one round of packing tape. The cell was able to fit the glow driver snugly without tearing the tape. I thought that this info might be useful for those contemplating to use an Intellect cell for their glow driver. I am not sure about other brands of glow drivers (e.g. Dubro, etc) but if you find the fit too tight, you could use packing tape to replace the thicker sleeve. Make sure that the packing tape extends a little over the top and bottom edges of the cell for proper insulation from the glow driver case (the cell must not short with the case, only contacting the +ve and -ve terminals). Blue skies!
