Status: offline 		i quite like using the rottenburg scenery, and thought i better start using planes that are more like trainers, as i'm in the process of getting one.
find the PT40 a bit under powered so have been using the PT40 tow. every tine i up throttle to move the plane crashes within a foot or two of movement, as if its hitting a pot hole or somthing. only seens to happen with this plane...... any ideas ??

Status: offline 		Hi V8, it could be that the prop arc is hitting the grass in this particular scenery due to lower prop clearance. Could you try another scenery with the PT tow?

Status: offline 		it does work in other sceneries, its just i like using this one, and found this combination kept crashing from take off.
didnt know if it was something i was doing, or if a setting was wrong / needed changing.
i have been giving some elevator from start picking the front wheel up, and it does takes off.

so basicly someone needs to cut the grass at rottenburg.

know doubt i have picked up many bad habits play with the sim, best not make this another

Status: offline 		Hi V8, reduce the prop size of PT40 tow from 12-7 to 11-8. You can edit the prop size with the "edit aircraft" function in the main AFPD menu. Don't forget to save any changes made. That should give you adequate prop clearance.
