30 in April. My son is 8 and he has a Nitro Sport and loves it. I, on the other hand, have a Warhead EVO, Jato 3.3 and a RC10GT. This summer I will be getting a Revo 3.3. I would also like to try helis. This is the best hobby I have had in years!!

gonna be 27 in april... Got my first 'real' r/c, my t-maxx, in february 06. I have no plans of getting out of this hobby anytime soon, and am looking to increase my collection. I have a 2 1/2 yr old daughter, and a 6 wk old daughter. The older one lovvves watchin me drive the t-maxx, and I even had to go out and buy her one for herself. Just a newbright toy for now, lol, but it'll help her learn how to drive them. I'd like to get an e-maxx for the wife to play around with sometime, and my daughter when she's a bit older...

I'm 14 and I have a sportwerks raven ST which was my first hobby grade RC and then my first nitro, the traxxas nitro sport , As you can see, I don't like it very much, it's not durable, slow, handles like sh-t, and is ALL plastic, even the chassis!!! But I'm going to get another nitro to race at my track and it will be a Jammin CRT. This is the best hobby I've ever had, no more spending money on video games.

Me, i'm 40, turning 41 in july.

My son turning 16 is also mildly into the sport, though it hasnt really bit him yet.

I floated around other users for last 20 years, and i finally dove in with a couple trucks of my own in the last year.

This is worse then coke or cigarettes, although once im on the pipe(Fuel,Gas..)and pulling some revs, i want to smoke more lol.(not sure what smokes more, trucks or me)

My friends that dove in and bought trucks after i did, said it made them think of something like the formula1 teams an the top level secrecy they have, we have already amongst us about our trucks, and possibly may have been, and may not been upgraded parts.

Btw, formally nice to meet you all that are regular to the boards, posters an lurkers alike.

Peace

WR

I'm 15 on December 5th . I've been into rc for probably about 2 years this coming summer. Well kind of just 2months because I didn't start learning anything until about 2months ago. So I'm still learning. This is so much easier than school
