Status: offline 		Need some serious help. I am constructing a Topflite Corsair 60, and have encountered two serious problems. The first was installing Robart 615 Retracts in the small 60 size wing. I have overcome this problem to an "acceptable" degree. The killer right now is the wing flaps. I followed instructions closely and the inner and outer flaps are "adequate". I am having tremendous problems shaping/fitting the middle flap. I have sanded,gouged,shaped, etc., to the point I may have to rebuild one trailing edge, and I got the flap to 'operate'. Problem is, it's veeerry ugly. A huge gap on the underside, etc. I have exhausted my "engineering" skills, and
am now asking for some professional help. Can anyone convey some tips on how to overcome this problem. I am reasonably competant in building, but in this instance I need some specific help.
