I placed an order for a 2200mAh 2S2P pack on Sunday the 4th, on the 5th & 6th my order was listed as in production. When can I expect the pack to be shipped out?

Order number: 100742

Silentbob343 it's real simple now.......... just go to our site www.MaxAmps.com.......... Scroll down the menu at the upper left..........you will see "Order Status" about 3/4 the way down........ just type in your "order ID" and your e-mail used on the order.......and then press the "order status button"..............If this does not work for you please let me know and I will check for you.

Yes, I know the status, "production". I would like to know how long it's going to be at "production" and when it will change to shipped.

Shannon contacted me earlier in the week and refunded my shipping cost. I was not expecting that and felt it was great gesture for the delay. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with max amps again.
