you can just grind it down with a grinder, just cut it and keep testng it, you just check to see if its short enough for the clutch nut to hold the flywheel on tight.

Well im home, and i need help do i need the clutch collet? says something bout that in the flywheel instructions, and it also says for use with all non pull start engines? and those pins dont get in the flywheel very easy, do i take off the drive hub thats on the engine?

Yes, you need the clutch collet. I believe the 'non pull start' thing is referring to the diameter of the flywheel--The flywheel for a pullstart engine isn't as big around, as it doesn't have to engage the bump wheel through the chassis.
I haven't ever had to install the pins into a flywheel, but I have heard that they are a bit of a bugger(feel free to substitute whatever adj. you see fit )
I think the trick is to have the flywheel vised, and hold the pin straight with a needlenose or forceps, and give it a solid whack.
Yes, you will need to take off the prop. washer that comes on the engine to install it. Maybe somebody else can tell us why they put it on our land based engines in the first place...

I have done port/polish on my Dynamite 12spd engines, and I see an improvement across the board...Better, smoother idle. Stronger low/mid, and smoother transition to high rpms. Higher top revs.
They say you get better fuel efficiency, but I don't see it as improved mpg...I see it as more complete use of the available fuel/air flow.
It really isn't that hard to do, if you know what the engine is doing, and can visualize how to better achieve what each port is trying to do.
There really isn't going to be a need for that in the short term, though. That is just something to do 'cause you want to, not 'cause you need to.

yeah but non pullstart is the smalelr flywheel, cos the flywheel sill has to be big enough to be used with the starter box pullstart or not but the pullstart is mounted far higher.

I got every thing on. it wasnt that hard, even the cutting, it was scary, but it works,
is everything supposed to have a tight feeling... like the clutch bell and spur gear, are tight. and when i move it across the ground
it feels tight and doesnt move smoothly =\ i dont think that is normal...

and yeah another thing. the throttle and break linkage, is a pain.
im not sure if im doing it right tho.

its stressful if your a n00b. =\
