Well some user asked me about the location of the track, so thought I would start a thread on this.

Using google earth I was able to pin point the location which can be seen from satellite imagery.

Offroad track and the onroad track

If you have google earth http://earth.free.googlepages.com/ you can view the place on the following co-ordinates.

Onroad Track
29°16'11.27"N
48° 0'9.98"E

Offroad Track Club
29°16'10.54"N
48° 0'6.05"E

Drag Strip
29°16'10.71"N
48° 0'8.33"E

Anyone interested to join the club, can contact me on PM, and co-ordinate from there.

Have fun

yeah google\s satellite passes are outdated, the offroad track I put on that co-ordinates does not even have the offroad track outline that we recently put. We had a warm gathering friendly race, for the first time since we put that track together, totalling 16 drivers 2 groups A/B, 2 heats per group, elemination round setup manual counting 20 laps, with pits in's averaging 8 laps per pit in, average lap count was in the mid 20"s seconds.

Elimination rounds ended the final in 4 drivers. 4th ended with a dead rx pack after 5 minutes, and 3rd position to team losi eight car lost front suspension came loose, ended with 2 drivers to finish of the round in 1\st and second place, 1st taken kyosho mp777 sp2 WC JP engine, second by M1B teammagic, serpent mega 21 engine.

Was a good gathering, we are making it official now every thursday at 18:30 at the KSC (Kuwait Science Club) till the AMB lap / timer couting system arrives so we can run the race. Going to be applying IFMAR rules in stages till local drivers get used to the system.

Was good fun for sure.

That's part of a public school field, they have soccer, B-ball and others in one large area across the street. The track isn't huge, but they change the layout on a regular basis. It's often pretty technical, and the recent incarnation for the upcomming Battle at the Beach is pretty tough.
