Status: offline 		Was running my car yesterday when I noticed it getting slower and slower till eventually it died. Now it starts but wont take full throttle. If I part throttle it, it will accelerate but give it full throttle and it bogs down. Low speed screw is just over 1 turn high speed is just below 1 and a half turns. I have tried adjusting both screws in both directions but it only makes it worse. The engine hasnt done 1 gallon yet from new.

Any ideas??

What car is this in and what motor?
Is the air filter clean?
With is cutting out at full throtle, tells me that it has nothing to do with the low screw. I'd try and richen out the high screw a tiny bit at a time.

Status: offline 		Could also be something loose or maybe a gasket has gone see if theres any leaks or manifold/exhaust has come loose.

Status: offline 		Just remembered I had a similar problem with an old Fiat 127 I had years ago. Part throttle fine full throttle bog down. Turned out to be dirt in the carb main jet. Gonna strip it down and clean it and check all above suggestions. Will post findings. Thanks.

Status: offline 		Foreign matter in the tank!! Slighly loose carb. After fixing those it ran but still not properly, it would take full throttle but die when the throttle was released. Tried a another plug and it is A.O.K!!

Status: offline 		The first thing to do is check the plug. You will find out the spark plug can give you great indicators on how the engine is running.

Status: offline 		On my nitro if i have a problem like this the first thing I check is the plug, but I just assumed as I havent had a gallon through this motor yet that the plug must be ok. It looked fine when I took it out but I swapped it anyway just to eliminate it from my search. Turned out to be part of the problem!
