Well guys here are afew pics of my new 300 Carden and if it ever stops snowing here I may be able to get it to the airport for a maiden flight . I want to thank Vt Barnstormer for his help in the construction as another hand comes in handy, as722 for all his help and tips he is superb and did a great job on his build, dmichaels for the scheme idea and to my wife for putting up with the whole thing because without her patients this hobby would not be possible Thanks everyone and I hope you enjoy the pics. This was my first 40% build and it was a very good learning experience. Once again Thanks everyone Tony

Thanks Guys. Wayne, your planes also look great and your build was awesome. Walt is one talented individual and your lucky to have him do your building. I took some of his tips also and will definately use more in my future builds.

Tony,

The airplane looks awesome. You are going to be very happy with it. Good luck with the maiden and let us know what you think once you fly it.

Man these are beautiful airplanes, even setting on the snow. I thought the 330 would be hard to beat for appearance but I've changed my mind. Very nice, Walt

Thanks Craig. Mike and I have alot of time in thise few short weeks. I cant wait to see your edge and it is amazing how when you first get into this hobby a 1.20 looks gigantic but as time goes on the bigger the planes get the smaller they seem to be especially when guys are buiding those Hemple monsters. Nice job Craig. Happy Landings, Tony

Well I finally got to maiden the 300 today. The flight was short as the airport was pretty busy and we snuck it inbetween planes. I was really happy even though the flight was short. 3 clicks up elevator and it was trimmed, maybe it has just been a while since I have flown but the plane seemed much quicker in rolls, and much more neutral in knife edge than my 330 but like I said the last time I flew was in October. It harriered without one bit of wing rock and I have not done any mixing at this time. All I can say is that the 300 will be a very fun plane. Thanks again to everyone for there help and input and Dennis and Caroline you have a winner here. Thanks Tony
