Termagator - Thanks for nice words.
Funny how it looks like the jetliner throws the model into gyrations. I didn't realize the visual interaction at the time (probably busy trying not to crash).
Here is a shot of it just in tape before I put the ink jet decals on.
Minikoi is an own design - scratchbuilt. I couldnt stop building them (i've done 4 myself) and there now about 10 flying. Lucky for me foam bounces real well !! I use flaps coupled at 80% (strange but works well on this model?¿) It weighs about 16 -18 oz and the hacker b20l in the video puts out about 28 oz thrust.
There was about 15 mph winds that day and you can see the plane get blown back down the stip when i prophang after takeoff! lottsa cheap low hassle bouncable fun.
I was going to kit it but have put it on the backburner. If anyone wants a set of plans email me. I am designing a .25sized 40" and .45 sized 56" EPP/CF rod profile model called Drama. I have found some guys who want to ARF it so we'll see what happens. Weight is comparable to a balsa profile and being epp the covering will get scrappy before the plane is ever gets terminally broken. I would like to do an epp .40 sized version of minikoi once I get the Drama in boxes. The flying wing should also / maybe / i pray - be in boxes by summer (i hope : )
