TEX, Great to hear about you finding the tracking issue I had one problem similar but turned out it was an out of spec (bad machining) bearing seat/stop in an aftermaket CNC main blade grip. When the darn head was stationary...I never found it loose. When it was rotating, the centri-forces on the grips would deform the bearing stop just enought to drop it about the 1/4 mark. The material that was supposed to retain and center the bearing was drilled out to large. Drove me nuts for weeks....could have lost a blade as weak as it was.
