I hear ya... it is $$$ alright, but I am kind of a Tamiya die-hard.. (see my signature file.. LOL!)

For sure I will be asking for more help when I start building it..

Single color is okay, but I don't know how to do the camo paint job.. I was thinking about just build up the tank and paint up the single Nato green color.. then have someone do the camo paint job for me..

Or I can attemp to do it.. might look like crap, but it will be all original by me.. LOL! We will see..

I think the semi will be done first..

Yeah, I got the base color paint, so at least I can spray that and put the drivetrain in the Leo...

I think I am gonna wait until I move to the new house, though... ha! Thanks for bringing this back from the dead! Don't think it was a popular thread when 2/3 of posts were deleted.. LOL!

Can someone tell me why, in all the pics I've seen, the Challenger II tank (with side armor) always has it's rear drive sprocket exposed?

Most modern tanks usually do, even the Abrams. Maybe maintenance?
