Are you talking about the shafts that connect to the trans or the diffs? Neither will fit without some modifications. The driveshafts definately wont fit and you will need the 3.3 suspension to make them work. The half-shafts (that connect to the trans), the rear will work with a little bit of trimming but the front, asuming you have a .15 maxx, i believe you will have to upgrade to the larger disc brake hub/hex.

i have been through all sorts of drive line dealings with. i could help you.

but you need to ask this question again in a way that makes sence. and this thing here that you said "but didnt think that i have 1.5 a arms will thay fit" i have no idea what this means.

what model truck do you have? and what are you trying to do to it?

my car is an early 1.5 t maxx

and we call the drive shaft connecting the diff, to the wheels, half shafts over here!

i was known to believe that the aerly t maxx were not as wide, so thats why i asked if the later 3.3 shafts would fit as I thought these were longer? i wasent sure if i was going to have to get some new suspention arms ( i dont realy want to have to ) lol

thanks
liam

I think all you need are:
The extended A-arms from the trx 2.5 t-maxx or newer ( I think that you may also need new turnbuckles when you switch the arms, but I'm not sure
New 3.3 axle carriers
and the shafts of course.
I think that is all you should need for the 4 corner shafts, but I'm sure someone whose done it will jump in and clarify...I hope

I did this same conversion and you'll need the 3.3 a-arms along with the other things. 2.5 arms will not work because they dont have enough clearance for the pins on the driveshaft. The 3.3 arms have a notch in the arms to allow for the shafts to rotate freely and not bind. You can find everything you need on ebay fairly cheap.

my t-maxx 3.3 has destroyed a rear drive shaft. havent even used it all that much, maybe 4-5 tanks. the ujoint have oblonged the holes in the shaft and the cup. popped the u-joint right out. has anyone seen a stronger shaft avalible?, maybe aluminum or something?.

the same thing happended over and over with mine. 3.3 tmaxx

what they have to fix it is what they call "CVD's" CVD shafts..

take a look at ebay item# 260102567813

there are many different brands out there. this is just a example of one.
