Status: offline 		I read that the max length of fuel tube on the breather should be no more than 1.5" otherwise you risk backing up and leaving it open tends to build up a nice oil spray inside the cowl. Some folks seem to hae built a trap out of film cans and others have tapped into the muffler to pull the breather oil out.

If anybody has followed the muffler route, would anybody care to post some pictures of where they put the nipple tap into the muffler - before/same/after the nipple for the engine tank pressure?

There is no problem using a much larger fuel tube on teh breather than 1.5". We reguarly use between 6 - 12" with no adverse affects.
If you wish to go down the muffler route, I haven't got any pictures to hand, but you can put the nipple next to the engine tank pressure nipple (radially).

I'm confused! We routinely tap into the muffler to pressurize our tanks-time and again! Such a tap with tubing leading to the crankcase breather tap would PRESSURIZE the crankcase, surely blocking the outflow of oil!
What am I missing?

This doesn't pressurize the crankcase as the crankcase pressure is higher than the muffler pressure.

I currently purchased both the RCV58CD for my VQ Texan AT6 and the RCV91CD for my VQ BF109 Emil. Question I have is fuel. Currently, I run all of my four strokes with 10% nitro and 18% oil. Can I use the same fuel for my new RCV-CD's??

Also, for the RCV91CD I planning on using a three bladed prob. What size do you recommend??

The fuel mix that you have suggested is OK.
We suggest a 13x7 three blade prop shoould work fine on our 91 CD.

"A piece of fuel tubing can be attached to crankcase breather – max 2-3"
