Hello nicoladestro,

The 1200 series engine has a sizable back order list and are not ecpected to ship until June at the earliest based on my last discussion with SIMJET Denmark.

Hello nicoladestro,

I have spoken to Kim at SIMJET-DK and was told that 1200's are in the production schedule for mid summer.

No specific dates where provided as their machine shop is current configured to produce the 66mm & 70mm engines (2300 > 3600) at present.

That is all the info I have been given.

Brg.

I'm still waiting the 2 turbines! The incredible thing is that if i try to phone to simjet , anybody answers me!!!!
What kind of firm is this?!?!!?!
Can you give me an order situation?
I ordered two 1200 turbines in february by our local dealer in italy C&C MODELS.
The dealer told me that simjet is waiting for ecu supply and that turbines are ready; but i want the truth. I WANT to speak with simjet.
So , if i will not be able to get an answer , i will block the order and i will buy two jetcat!!
I can't accept this situation!!
PLEASE HELP ME
Thanks

Hello Nick,

I spoke to SIMJET a week ago at which time they re-afirmed that 1200's would not be availabe until mid summer, i.e July / Aug.

This is all I know at this time. Sorry that I cannot be of more help.

Bset regards.

I ditched Simjet after similar treatment with a faulty 1200 and got my money back, and I know someone else who is having big trouble with his 1200 and can rarely get them to answer the phone or emails. Cancel Simjet and buy the Wren Super Sport, same size weight and power but at least the engine works and Wren always answer the phone and emails very promptly.

Thank you everybody.
Wren costs 2600 euro.... it's not cheaper. I think i will buy a jetcat p70 or a Funsonic 70. This one costs only 1700 euro.
I'm going to phone to my local dealer right now for cancelling the order.
Thanks again
Nick (Italy)
