What's wrong Panther F?

Tamiya Sherman's look great.

Hey, only the M4 HVSS 105mm (Panzerfaust77 was referring to) I was agreeing with. Now the M4A3E8 Sherman (as you have pictured) is another story. The Sherman and Panther, my two favorite tanks.

Get YOUR eyes checked!!

Hi Wack, HL mirrored Tamiya's first generation DMD gear boxes. Your showing Tamiya's 2nd generation gearboxes, all and all still close enough. For your own good get those eyes checked. Seriously.

pcomm1, see an eye doctor

Your basis for saying HL copied Tamiya's original gearbox is pretty weak, is because its setout like every other tank gearbox ever. If you honestly believe this is the case, then I rest my case - you checklist must be "has gears, must be copied". Just like "its a Tiger as well, must be copied". The fact no parts are interchangeable between brands pretty much sums up the rest of this.

Both metal/plastic/brass/motor - in pcomm1's mind that constitutes an "exact replica" lol

no no wait for me. HL should have put a 400 motor in hl, so there is no copy involved...but more power

You henglong guys get a sniff of victory on a point and ya all go in for the kill at once, haha.Like a bunch of zombies If you won't buy the part about the tanks being copies, how about the commander figure; can you honestly say you think Mr Long didn't have tamiya kits to work off?, was copying Tamiya's box artwork an accident?

yyeee hhhaaaaa straight for the jugular urgh urgh BRAINS
thing is mate there really is no contest to win at the end of the day you buy what you like
Me personally I'D rather give my money to H/Long for the tiger which closely resembles one that some german guy designed 50 odd years ago and has been "knocked off" by vertually every model manufacturer since that time
all i know is H/LONG tanks are'nt far away from the original and thats cool for me and a few others
all in I can get 3-4 H/LONGS for the price of one tammy over here
the S+S upgrades dont cost £205 (tams equivilent DMD/MF units) and before you all shout I KNOW THERES NO comparison in quality and the two are worlds apart but for me they sound like a tank go like a tank
and that is it really
HAPPY TANKING

Rob

Hey Wacky I'm putting these on here for you because I know they were your favorite build I have done so far.Give everyone something else to bad-mouth.It would make my day if you would just give me one small compliment on at least the Idea of making something a little different than the typical build here on the forum.(note=you realy don't have to mean it.)
If Tamiya-HL-Matorro or anyone else makes one that looks like these I will know exactly who they coppied. LOL BIGMIG
