I bought a Yak 52 and I'm having trouble getting the aluminum wing tube into the wings. It's just too tight. There is nothing blocking it, it just seems too large. I would consider getting a carbon fiber tube but that would be 1/3 the cost of the plane so I'm a little reluctant.

Can you tell me what diameter it's supposed to be so I can compare it to the one that I have?

Status: offline 		I just tried to insert the wing tube into the wing and yes it's a bit hard but after i twist a bit and it went in no problem. let me know

Status: offline 		Ok, I got it together tonight. I had to use some powdered graphite on one of the wings. It was a one way trip and there is no way I will be attempting to remove it. One side went in with only pressure and twisting.
