Anyone ever hear of this plane or seen it fly?

I have a kit of it that is quite old. Was thinking about putting it together but I am a noobie and am guessing this is a 2nd or third plane?

Any help would be great.

Del

What more can you tell us about your kit- who is the mfg? Sterling had a (heavy) kit out years ago, deBolt had a nice F-1 deNight out in the late 60's, and there have been more recent offerings since then...

My dad flew several of the deBolt deNight Specials but that was a very long time ago. They were neat looking and a change of pace from the Stafford Minnows that seemed to be everywhere.

Paul Steinberg (Paul's Flying Stuff) had a nice Denight Special in the 80's with glass fuselage and foam wing.

Not really a beginner airplane, I doubt that some people could ever fly them regardless of how long they have been flying. That type is easier if you have a throttle and keep the engine running for landing.

I am not sure of the Manufacturer but I can tell you that it is an all Balsa kit. I can find out the Manu. but I will have to go get it out of storage.

Thanks,

Del
