I finally got to rebuid after about 6 months. I'm having problems with electronics. I need to make sure all connections are right. I also installed a HD gyro. channels looking from boom side.. 1. back right servo. 2.forward elevator servo. 3.throttle from other side of reciever. 4. rudder channel lead from gyro.5. remote gain. 6.back left servo. Are all the orange signal wires supposed to be toward the front of heli? At the gyro top prong orange, middle red, and bottom black. I've turned my proportional to 0. It arms fine, does a lot of twitching then dies after 20-30 seconds. Main rotor won't turn. servos respond, tail has spun once. All the basics tried, new batts. reset crystals, tested motors. Any help would be greatly apprecited. I need to hear the sounds of the rotors spooling up again. Thanks in advance.

Hi I am just going over my cpp and going to help you out.
Yes your servo configuration is correct 1 2 3 4 5 6 They are all correct as you have witten them.
Chanel 5 on the reciever ( the g90 gyro control is plugged into channel 5 (as you mentioned) This is a yellow wire which is forward as well Inline or under all the orange wires on the forward side of the reciever sockets.

At the gyro top prong orange, middle red, and bottom black.<<<<<<<<<Yes to all this too. Mine is set up this way and running fine. (This wire has a tag on it indicating "rudder ch4 and comes from the 3n1, the other wire goes to ch 3 on the reciever and should have a label on it saying "throttle ch3"

I've turned my proportional to 0. <<<< Yes this is accurate too.

I am new to the cp pro. I am actually running a CP with a full CPPro radio system from ebay. I have just installed the g90 gyro and love it. Based on your tests, it really looks like you may have burned up the radio gear in the heli. Ihave bought a few cp's from ebay and this is a common occurance

Good luck and I hope your flying soon.

Jojo

I'm assuming your referring to the 3in1. If so would it be better to go with a diffrent Rx or factory 3in1. What kind of price range we lookin at? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks again. Also this will be going on the cnc frame upgrade.
