Status: offline 		This is all great advice. I found a lot of engines for sale on ebay. Seems that a guy bought a lot at an estate sale. There were 2 Super Tigre's...

For now I am going to look at the market. I guess that means here and ebay. I don't want to make a killing on a really rare engine (but that would be nice), but to find a few like those mentioned that are a valuable part of RC history would be nice.

Status: offline 		Collecting like everything else, the beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I am sort of turning my attention to some of the "classics", not vintage or super expensive, some examples of "classic 60's",

Super Tigre G60 Blue Head (With original tuned pipe)
HB 61 with perry pump and carb
Webra Blackhead 60

Some of my older used engines are amost getting to the classic status, OS 40/45 fsr, just to name one!

And to agree with one other poster, also have a soft spot for Italian "racing engines", OPS 40 spa rca (new in box)
