Orygg, Well this is a surprise !! . I thought that I was the only person to have the same L-200 Morava that you have . I bought mine three or four years ago from a dealer I cannot remember. It flies very nice and smooth. After a few flights I thought it would be best to hang the airplane up untill I was able to afford the new brushless motors for it. I plan on on changing the motors out sometime this year. From what I understand, only about fifteen [15] of these ARF kits were sold here in the US and then they were quicky and quietly forgotton . I tried to spark a little intrest on RCuniverse about this plane but no one seemed to care. This is a very unique airplane ARF and very rare too. I actually tried to sell mine in the local hobby store but no one should any intrest in it. One person said it looked more like a "Flying Volkswagen". After a while, I took it back home and thats where it's been hanging up at for the last three years. I will try very hard to post a few photos of it in the next couple of days. As I said before, it's a very smooth flying plane and floats quite well on landing approach. Mine weighs in at about four [4] pounds US with old style NiCad batteries. Those will be changed. Show more photos of yours as you finish it and a few when you fly it please. I'm very interested in seeing yours fly. Seeya, MormonMike

That's is certainly an interesting looking airplane. It has an ercoupe tail, Navion canopy, old Cessna 310 nose gear and tip tanks and engines off a DeHaviland Dove.

Can't say I've ever seen one of those before. Nice scale project that is different from what everyone else has.

Do you have any idea what year that aircraft was made?

Rod

Orygg, as before, it appears we are the only two that show some intrest in this plane. Oh well, your post here has sparked my fascination with my L-200. I think I will change the engines out sooner and prepare this for flight. MM

What !! , Do I detect a "Smidgen" of intrest in this obscure and slightly "un-known" airplane ? Lets see what happens. Actually, You guys may be too late on this one, unless, there are plans by another arf maker to produce this again, you may have a very hard time finding one. I will try to post a few photos tonight with the help of my daughter and that new-fangeled camera she bought me. This "solid" arf was/is quite a well built plane. Details on it are very vague and I'm trying to dig through all the plans/paperwork to find the instructions on it. Don't laugh, but my first attempts to power it were with speed 480 "can" motors. It just flew was all. A pair of .15-.20 brushless will no doubt see a much better improvement with it. Those long wings sure make it float to a landing. Oops !, here comes the boss, gotta go. MM
