ORIGINAL: NikolayTT The differences in all those three (Spektrum, Futaba and Graupner) all are about the Transmitter and modules for it. But what is not well explained yet is why one needs so many receivers in the Airplane, and there goes my curriousity; I am not worried about the computer-related functions, they are always great with Futaba and JR, but the Radio-Waves-Propagation at those frequencies is a well known problem. How it is solved here and is it solved well enough if(?) Spectrum and Futaba are telling that if we buy and place more Receivers in the Airplane then the system works better ?!?!? So how many receivers I should have there 2, 4 or ...??? They are pretty light but still isn't this kind of disturbing request, i.e. should I cover the whole Aiplane with Receivers ? - Anybody, who knows and mostly has got EXPERIENCE with the system, please tell the story. You make a good point but do some reading on the technology. I don't want to jump into something new that has bugs either but the Spektrum full range (2 receivers) system has been in use for quite while and results have been great. It has been flown in giant scale gas, helis, jets, electric jets. I never want to be the first to try something new but I also don't want to be the last.
