Overview

The T-28 Trojan was a piston-powered U.S. military trainer used in the 1950’s through the early 1970’s. The original Trojan had a frameless canopy and an impressive engine that gave it a top speed exceeding 280 mph. Now you can pilot a ready-to-fly, electric scale replica of this historical warbird. Equipped with an outrunner brushless motor and 3-cell 1800mAh Li-Po battery, ParkZone’s T-28 Trojan is a powerful, high performance aircraft. The Trojan is perfect for the experienced pilot who would rather spend his time flying a mighty scale replica airplane than building one.

Status: offline 		The T-28 is an awesome aircraft. I Have a book that shows the different models and there arangement. The South Vietnam Air Force used them as COIN Fighters, ground support, and such as that. That Parkzone T-28 would look great with a new camo paint job and some 2.5" rockets hung from the wings, and some Willie Pete canisters.

Status: offline 		Well, My mind is now made up. that is going to be my 2nd aircraft. Been flying the Super cub for a while but was looking for a warbird. Was going to purchase another Parkzone plane and couldnt decide between the P51 Mustang,Spitfire or FW 190Tthen i saw the T28 Trojan. With landing gear, steerable nose wheel and brushless motor. I think i am making the right choice. Parkzone are obviously taking on board the ideas of the people who fly these planes for a hobby, hence the motor and landing gear.

Status: offline 		I Just maidened my spitfire and love it. I love Parkzone/hobbyzone. I began with a firebird then went to a glow trainer and a now fly glow and electric. I had a f-27 for a year untill the batterie blew up and that was my favriote plane for awhile. I am going to get this plane when it comes out and when I get the money. Parkzone is a good RTF company

Status: offline 		You mite have to download a newer Q time player but, the vid does take it's time to play. This aircraft seems vary steady at low speed when it lands in the vid. The BL motor is not a over kill but, the power looks to be there when it goes vertical.

A transmitter, a receiver and a prop? Is that it?
Why, on both descriptions, does it say RECOMMENDED battery?
Do either come with the battery?
You would think that the RTF would, anyway.

RTF includes 1800mah Lipo battery and charger.

PNP needs transmitter, receiver, battery, and charger.

Actually, there probably will be what is effectively an ARF. A lot of the Parkzone warbirds have a replacement airframe available that is effectively an ARF.

Status: offline 		I've got the PZ FW190, which i love.... and only brought because they hadnt done a spitfire yet....... 5 weeks later they finally release the spitfire!!! so have been saving for the spitfire........ now they do the trojan!!
I love spitfires, but the trojan has so many advantages!!!! What to do.
....... the next question is - what will they do next??????
