Kimball-Somenzini Python features the following:

1. Canister and tuned pipe room.
2. Two piece cowl with ALL the blind nuts installed from factory.
3. Comes with a kit that makes your assembly a SNAP! both wings half(top and bottom) plug in together with 4 screws and come apart together. Just like if you had a mono plane!
4. Aluminum gear that has be machined and milled from inside with cut outs to be light and yet strong.
5. No flying wires on the wings.
...

Regards,
Reza

Reza, what about measurements? Wingspan, length...all that good stuff.
Great pictures and I saw you and Wayne on a live webcast yesterday too.

Oh, congrats Mark on joining the QQ team!

Hey Jarrod,

How you doing? Quique hasn't released the specs yet! But weight will be 26 1/2 lb with DA100 and stock mufflers

This will be an awesome plane. Comes in two schemes, the full scale scheme and one like Quique's big 41% with slight changes.

Thank you,
Reza

QQ is killing me with all these new planes. do you know what it's going to cost my wife for me to build the 38% yak, and the python? and don't forget i still need to replace the 73" that the world jumped up and hit a while back. looks like i'm in big trouble. haha!

Reza,

Has QQ said anything on how the Python flies relative to the 102" Yak?

I'm still planning on buying the Yak when they arrive, but I don't like the new color scheme. The Python looks great, but I am curiuos as to how it flies compared to what everyone says is one of the best flying planes of all time (the 102" Yak).

Are you writing the instruction manual for the Python?

Hello storkelappe,

I am not writing the manual for the Python or the new 120". I could not get one prior to production but I have heard the Python is extremely easy to build, easier than the Yaks. Quique Loves the Python and he feels that it flies as good and in some cases (3D) better than the Yak. I'd say you will not be disappointed with Python. It is light and has lots of wing area. Extremely well constructed and very easy to put together.

Email me about your decision. You can also come over and take a very close look at my Yak so you can make an easier decision.

Thank you,
Reza

After I wrote the above, I decided to get the Python. Unfortunately, when I called Wayne, it sounded like the Python won't be available until September.

Hi Guys,

Some more pictures of the Python. This is the full scale scheme that is built by Kimball Enterprises. I hope you enjoy them.

Thank you,
Reza
