Very, very good work in your plane.
I have a Hawk to Skygate whit a Swiss scheme and whit a Merlin 160. I think that I will have it ready to fly in 2 or 3 weeks.

The first Spanish Bae Hawk to Skygate already has taken off. YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last Sunday I did three perfect flights and I could verify the high performance of this fantastic plane.

It´s incredibly beautiful and elegant in the air and the takeoffs and landings are wonderful.

The landings whit full flap are perfect and the Merlin work to the perfection (as always) and it has the perfect push for this plane.

I´m very, very satisfied whit this plane.

CONGRATULATIONS!! Looks great against that sky!

I have my test flight pencilled in for the first week of May!

Glad to see yours went well but one question - why no cockpit? If you will be fitting it afterwards then you will need about 4lbs of lead in the tail!

Status: online 		Well, barring setting up the radio she is ready to fly.

As most people predicted it went over 20kg soooo, I had to put her on a diet.

Switched from 4 8711s on the elevs to 2 saving around 6oz with the associated wiring etc
Dropped from 3300 RX packs to 2500packs saving around 4oz
Removed the PB Royal LCD screen and mounts etc saved around 4oz
Stripped out a load of spiral wrap, ties, clips and bling type internals saved 2.5oz
Ditched the 10oz Booster 160 ECU pack for a 5oz lipo pack (will use std pack as a 'booster' start battery) saving 5oz

You CANNOT build this model with 'standard' gear and hit the WJM 20kg limit - trust me, I tried

Weighing her again she tipped the scales at 43lb 13oz (average of 3 weighing sessions)

Turbine start tomorrow, final radio setup and then a wait for some decent weather!!!
