This is my third attempt to reach you with a small shipping situation. In the past I have order numerous planes and was totally satisfied. I ordered the Ultimate Biplane 120 55" wings span. This was about 9 months ago. Well 3 weeks ago I started to put it together. When I finally inventoryed the contents of the box, I didn't see the wheel pants!!!!! I tryed calling but no answer and I sent emails and still no answer. well, I today I received an advertisement from you and felt this will work. Now I'm on this forum to contact you to see if you would send me the wheel pants that were not shipped?

You probably have me listed living in Pensacola, Fl at the time I received the box. Albert Burton

California, MD 20619 I know it's been almost a year since I ordered the plane, and I should have inventoryed the contents more closely upon arrival of the box. But I didn't!

Is it at all possible that you could send me the wheel pants that didn't make the shipment with the box? I woild appreciate a reply.

My messages must not be getting thru!! I read your replys to all kind of customers but I don't see an answer to my question over 2 months!!!! I'll try it thru this page. Well, here goes again. I purchased the Ultimate 120 bi plane almost a year ago. I didn't inventory the parts until 2 months ago and that is when I discovered that the box did not have wheel pants packed in the box. I asked if it was possible to have the wheel pants shipped to me? I can send a personal email with the purchase information to confirm I bought the plane.

I'm just about finished with the plane and need the wheel pants. I hope you get in touch with me soon.

Status: offline 		I have an older NitroPlanes ARF Ryan Pt-20. Is it possible to buy a spare cowl for this plane? No problems with it yet but I expect problems when I start cutting the cowl to fit around the muffler.

Status: offline 		The glue joint on my Ultimate 40's (yellow) - landing gear failed on only the third flight and the gear effectively totalled the bottom wing including the plastic servo covers. Are replacments available, and if so, what is the price?

Status: offline 		EXCUSE ME, but it appears to me that Nitro is in some serious need of some customer service training and expansion. In my business, if we were as unresponsive as Nitro Models has been to its customers a congressional inquiry would had already been filed.

I want to hear from this company's CEO or the Senior Vice President of Customer Service. I have read the other posts and wonder why if this forum was designed to address customer requests for replacement parts, why do customers have to continually repost their requests without receiving a response.

Some of these people are very frustrated and the lack of support by the Nitro Models employees is disturbing. Why are you not responding to their concerns? Follow up is the key to customer service.

Status: offline 		I have an Ultimate .46 in the yellow color (with dark blue on an angle, on the wingtips, and a dark-blue underside with white stripes on it).
On only the third flight the landing gear plywood mount glue-joint failed resulting in VERY SEVERE damage to the Bipe's lower wing - rendering it un-repairable.
I need a lower wing for the plane and the two dark-blue, plastic covers that cover-up the wing''s servos.
If a wing is available I would like to know what the price of the parts would be.

If the parts are not available my only other option would be to measure the upper wing and "stick-build" a wing to replace the bottom one, in order to make the airplane fly-able, otherwise it'll be a "decoration".

Status: offline 		I spoke a bit too soon. Nitro found that every one of the shaft adapters they have for their EDF-55s (F-22) were drilled off-center. I was told by Jason that they have reordered them from FIY.
