Hi John, I just recieved my new Yak 54 3D 50. Very nice looking plane and I'm looking forward to flying it soon. My only problem is with the wings. One wing is missing the blind nut and wooden washer to secure to the fuse. The other wing has a crack along the root. I can't trust the cracked wing. Here are some pics. The left wing has the crack and my order number is 206975. Thanks.

When I recieved my package i was missing the elevators and both horizontal stablizers on the P-40. i have placed many orders before and never had problems. This is the first time i had missing parts, everything else is there just those parts are missing and i cant fly without those pieces its a major part. if you can please send them order number 204703 Raidentech

Hello Mr.nitrostaff1, I emailed your admin @ support addresses & then called today several times. When I finally got someone on the customer support line I was told to contact you here. Here is my issue (pasted from the email I sent).
I bought a Zlin Z50 from your website approximately 6 months ago. For various personal reasons I was not able to use this plane until yesterday for the first time. On the first flight the plane took off normally and seemed to fly very well. I completed approximately 75% of one oval around our flying club and then the plane suddenly flipped 90 degrees and started diving towards the ground at high speed. The total flight time was approximately 30 seconds. I tried very hard to correct the position could not & plane crashed into the ground very hard. The wing was not damaged but when the plane was retrieved we could see clearly that the left aileron servo was separated from the mounting area and the screw surfaces were not glued on or had so little glue they could not withstand normal flight resistance for more than a few seconds.
There were many witnesses to this crash who's combined experience would equal over 60-70 years and we all could see clearly that the crash occurred because of aileron failure & the aileron mount was substandardly assembled. I could not see this because this ARF is pre covered in monocot.
The point of my email is that I feel strongly that I was sold a defective product because the aileron mount surfaces were not glued on adequately this caused my crash. I am not sure if I have any legal recourse regarding this matter or even if it would be worth it considering the cost of the product except to make a point. I have no ill will towards your company & have often told many club members about your site & how great the prices are. Upon my recommendation of your site fellow club members have bought two giant extra 330L's, Cessna's, etc.
I feel a fair settlement of this matter would be to send me a new plane of same or lesser value. I am willing to pay for the shipping to my address. What do you think? A response to this email would be greatly appreciated.
