[&o]Yes I have just recently ordered the yak 50cc giantscale plane and the plane came in damages the canopy has a crack in it and I need to do I need to send the whole plane back to you are will you send me another canopy. I have tried for 3 days to contact your support group by phone and I just get put on hold and no answere. I also sent a e-mail to the support group and I have not recieved a reply from it. I have strong concerns with this company on makeing my purchase good. This is my 3rd plane that I have purchase from this comany and all 3 have been damaged. I was able to repair the other 2 but i can't repair this piece on the new yak. Need new canopy. Here is the the order number from my purchase from you see below. John, Do you in fact know for sure these are clear? It dos'nt specify in the ad.That is the problem with the kit I just bought,it came with a painted silver one.Can you exchange mine for a clear one?

Received new canopy today in mail. Thank you for the fast sevice, but they sent me a white canopy. I now have a red canopy, a white canopy & a silver Bobcat 50. [:@] I recently purchased a Nitro P-82 Twin Mustang. The gear is JUNK. It wobbles right out of the box and is impossible to taxi. There is a huge amount of play where the stem of the axle meets the plastic gear mount. I am planning to replce the gear with a fixed gear. Also, the covering is ALREADY starting to peel off the fuselage despite cleaning after each flight. Very cheap covering. This allow fuel to get under the covering and so it goes... When are you going to upgrade your gears? It would be far better to just put in a fixed gear rather than including that scrap iron you are passing as retracts. Send me a set that is tight, and I may buy another model from you.
