Hi again John,

this is still in regard to order#: yhst-17210252890263-28994. i finally got a fuse that is not broken, but it is the wrong one. You sent me a low wing trainer fuse and I need a HiWing trainer fuse.
I hope we can bring this saga to a happy ending soon.

I just received my Extra 330L from you today Order # 257464.
Both of the boxes have a tear thru them. After inspecting the plane the only damage is to the fuselage.
What is next?

I recieved your Silver & Orange Bobcat 50 on 11/08/07, order # 251501. It came with a red canopy. I email custom support and recieved the following reply.

We shall have you someone contact you on the issue in 1-2 business days, in the mean time you can try calling us Phone 1.800.818.5580 and our office hours are Monday through Friday, 12:00PM - 6:00PM Pacific Time.

I just received the replacement 80" 330L fuselage.
It is cracked also.

I picked up a "Low Wing Super Aerobatic Trainer 60" on December 12. I just started putting it together and I found that the canopy doesn't fit on the fuselage. The canopy is about 10mm narrower than my fuselage but it looks like it would fit nicely on the 40 size.

If you can find one, I would really like to have the 60 size canopy.

Hi John,

I received my 82" AT-6 yesterday, order number yhst-17210252890263-34693. I have a very small puncture on the top of the right wing that I think will be okay, but I have some damage on the fuselage that looks pretty bad. It looks like it might have been dropped on its tail or something. The seam between the vert. stab. skin and the rudder hinge bulkhead is split open, and there is a weird dent in the side. The dent is oil canned like it has some twisting stress on it. I have included pictures. Everything else seems to have safely made the trip. Thanks for your excellent service and support.

I got the Giles 202 140 version 2. I like the plane but the canopy came broke It was missing a piece. I called in December and sent in pics on the net. Got word it had shipped Dec.26th. WAITED WAITED! Till today January 9th I called,they said it is a special order an it had not shipped that maybe in acouple of days they will take one out of a kit. I sure wish you would. My order # was 241768 or#yhst-17210252890263-2951.

BTW: I have the smaller Giles 202 v2 as well... very nice plane.

You may need to add a small amount of up thrust.
