Hi John, I ordered this plane in July of 2007 and still dont have the parts to put it together. I have been pretty busy the last few months so I have not tried following up on this matter and frankly just get the runaround just thought that I was going to get a shipment at any time, but that has not happened. I ordered this plane in good faith and could not wait to get it. When it did arrive I checked it over and noticed a few parts missing and a damage to the fusalage covering that I was willing to fix myself. I promptly called nitroplanes and was told that they would send the missing parts to me in a few weeks when they recieved a new shipment of planes because they had no spare parts for that particular airplane. They apologized about the problem and I thought all would be corrected. In September I called again to check on the status of the delivery. They said that they would refile the order and get the parts to me. The person I spoke with name was Paul and he assured me the parts would be on the way as soon as they recieved them. Well it's January and I still don't have what I purchased 7 months ago. The airplane is still in the box setting in the corner of a closet.
The missing parts are:
1 Main gear axle
complete tail wheel asembly including tail wheel
Hardwear package of machined screws for complete plane
alumunium spar tube. the smaller one not the main tube
I believe that the plane I recieved is missing parts because the parts were used as replacement parts for other orders. At this point I just want it fixed. You can send me the parts or if need be I will send the plane back to you. Or you can credit the account. I'm not sure what to do at this point. I have started losing interest in this plane because its been so long. I really wanted to order more airplanes of yours, but I can't see doing so if this is what I will have to deal with. I have a Cessna Skymaster 80" wingspan ARF kit, got it in Nov 07, started to build DEC 2007, found that the CENTERSECTION of the 3 piece wing was warped really bad. Called Nitro just before Christmas, 1st operator was totally uninterested and blew me off, said call back after Xmas rush. Called back later on Dec 26th, got blown off again, called later in day and got responce. After a painless description of part over the phone I got a tail section in the mail.
Ever since then I have been trying to get this wing, my model now sits for months, no help from NITRO. Finally after sending photos and complaining I get a email of this guy,ernestoraiden@yahoo.com. On JAN 16 2008 he sends email saying it will ship next day. Today is FEB 2 2008 and no part, I am so unhappy with NITRO, never again. You guys have totally blown me off. New Cessna 337 Skymaster 40 - 81" SIZE ARF Twin-Engine (Front & Rear) Nitro Gas Radio Remote Controlled RC Aircraft R/C Plane

I'd like the part or a new kit for free or my money back

When you say they "blew me off", did they tell you to "go away", etc.?

Blew me off as in one guy said the person that did that was off, called back 6 hours later cause i was so mad, that guy fixed meup.........with a tail....., Next contact since they never answer the phone...was live online chat help..........1st chatter dropped me........we'll add to file..goodbye!.........2nd online chatter helped.....put me onto above email...........ordered from NITRO..

Not very happy with the support, have a model sittinghere for months with servos' engines and alot of money in it................and no help.
I'll never order from anyone other then TOWER or HORIZON after this, this is the poorest support I've ever seen in this hobby. I hate to sound sour grapes but I can't get any resolution from these people.

Yeah the people who answer the phone don't seem to be there to provide customer support.
