Good afternoon I purchased the following airplane on 19 Feb 2008, 2008 4 CH P-47 Thunderbolt Radio Remote Control Electric RC Warbird Airplane RTF (Dark Green) Order Number: 328652 It arrived today, and the package was in excellent conditon, however, the prop shaft was bent and causes a bad vibration when the motor runs, and the airleron servo does not work. I checked the receiver with another servo, and it worked fine. The airleron servo is siezed. Otherwixe I am happy with the purchase and will be back for more! Hello I have recently purchased your f-22 raptor RTF version. i received it today and it all looked fine. Then when i assembled it there were missing the part to put the Pushrod into on the right wing. On 1/25/08 I order Two CMP Cessna 182 the 140. size and the 50. size. I started building the 50. Size first with no problem. Yesterday I open the 140. size Cessna 182 and the cowl is missing. Can you help on getting a replacement. The order # is yhst-17210252890263-36469.

The main wing came with a little hole that I didnt take care, I installed the engine on the main wing and it was moving all around cause the hole make the cable hard to move, so I decided to paste the engine with glue. It worked for 2 tries and now is not moving anymore, I think that the hole on the main wing is the main problem cause the cable doesnt go through the little pipe and thats why is hard to move it. If you dont understand with the explanation, you will with the pictures. Thank you.

Hey John, maybe you can help me. I ordered a bunch of stuff for Christmas and the order arrived without a couple of servos. I've been given the runaround on this since Dec 28/07 Order #279510. I can't get through on the phone, no emails are ever answered, and the two times I got through on live chat have offered me conflicting news. Check with Ernesto, he has several copies of my story, including shipping labels. Gary

He rifles through his big stack of Nitroplanes manuals for the myriad of planes he has purchased.. and pull out... Ultimate 40s... Elevator Throw: 10mm up 10mm down Rudder Throw: 30mm up 30mm down Aileron Throw: 8mm up 8mm down C.G. 95mm behind the leading edge of the top wing, measured at the centerline. ---- My notes: 8mm on the aileron was too low for me. I greatly increased this after the second flight and added expo.

My package arrived yesterday order # yhst-17210252890263-39710 the ARFHelicopter_EXI450 had no instructions or packing slip to verify that parts and pieces that suppose to be included. At closer inspection the tail boom is bent and no pinion gears also any grommets for the canopy they are missing. I also asked to ad a mosquito canopy in the comments to be added to my order, but I guess it was also missed? I hope these issues will be addressed ASAP thanks Frank mayer

Hello, yesterday I received my order for one of the 50cc Yak 54 (red) Item: 90A183W_Gas_GiantYak54-50CC-Red. This is actually the second one of these I have bought from Nitro Models. I must say I am very dissappointed in this one. The first one was top notch!! However this one is a TOTALLY different plane. It has the same covering scheme, but thats it!! The fuse on this one is almost 1.5 pounds heavier, and each other part is significantly heavier making the plane almost 3 pounds heavier that the first one I bought. The construction is also not near as good as the first one. There is gobs of glue all over the place and the engine box was built with extremely poor quality wood. Also, no hardware came with the second kit. The first kit came with a bag of control horns, linkages, fuel tank etc. but the only hardware I got with the second one was the landing gear and wheels, however the landing gear looks horrible. It is chrome plated but it looks like someone drug it through a gravel road for about a week. Im not sure if you stopped including these items (since it is a totally different kit) or what, but I thought I was buying EXACTLY what I bought when I bought the first one, since according to your site it is the same product. If it wouldnt cost a small fortune I would send the kit back, however I do not want to pay a small fortune to do so and I got rid of the box already. I was actually planning on maybe buying another one as the first kit I got was a superb kit, but if they are like this one, no way!!! What can we do about this!!!!
