This ARF kit is already 98% assembled so therefore no instructions. If tail boom is bent I can replace that. Pinon gear is not included and should be included in the motor you purchase. grommets for the canopy should be 2 blue in a little bag. Please check and let me know

My package arrived yesterday order # yhst-17210252890263-39710 the ARFHelicopter_EXI450 had no instructions or packing slip to verify that parts and pieces that suppose to be included. At closer inspection the tail boom is bent and no pinion gears also any grommets for the canopy they are missing.
I also asked to ad a mosquito canopy in the comments to be added to my order, but I guess it was also missed?
I hope these issues will be addressed ASAP

thanks
Frank mayer

John:

Nothing on outside of either the shipping box or the box the plane is packaged in. (Actually, the box the plane is in has a sticker on with a picture of the plane and a few specs, but that's it).

Looking at the advertisement for the plane at Nitromodels.com, it looks like a small booklet.

Send info as soon as you can.

Thanks!

Tom

I am very frustrated with your Custormer Service. I received your AT-6 Texan 160 "Yellow" on Jan. 11, 2008 with a fuselage that had a manufacture's defect and a scratched canopy. At your request, I emailed you photos of the damage. I was notified by you and UPS on Feb. 11th that the replacement parts would be sent out and was given a tracking number. The shipment was supposed to arrive Feb. 15th. After not receiving the parts, I contacted UPS who advised me to contact you. I emailed you on Feb 18th and you responded that day stating it was reshipped. You then informed me that although I was notified of the shipment and delivery date it was possible that it had not left the warehouse and you would check and advise. I have been sending and recieving Emails since that time. Your response to many of my emails was someone would contact me in one to two business days with no results. I communicated for 15 minutes with your Live Support "Amy" on March 14th and was asurred that the parts had been shipped but still have not received the replacements. Although I am not happy with your handling of this matter, I just purchased a 73" p40 from you and received it with no problems. You sell a fine product at a very reasonable price and I hope to puchase from you in the future, but am very confused with the way this matter has been handled. I would appriciate your immediate attention to this matter. My purchase # is 302044 and yhst-17210252890263-34871

Thank You
Tom Dyl

My name is Timothy Garman. I live at 2506 S. Encina, Visalia, Ca. 93277.
I purchased two Giant scale airplanes last year around may june time frame. The planes were the CMP zero fighter 50cc 80" amd the CMP 82" AT-6 Texan. The AT-6 is tyhe silver and black one. When I opened the box of the Texan the top portion of the rudder was broken. I contacted Nitro planes customer service 800number and was told that the rudders for that color scheme were on back order and it would be sent out in Aug of 2006. I had to call them back again because I still did not receive the replacement rudder. I was told that the rudders were still on back order but should be in soon. I called them a few months later. I was told that I would not have to wait any longer they would send me a rudder asap. It is now Almost April of 2007 and I still have not received my rudder for my AT-6 and the plane is still in the box. I am waiting for the rudder before I start to build.
I also now need a rudder for The 80" zerofighter 50cc. (It seems that the top part of the rudder on CMP's giant scale planes is a weak spot.) Am I going to have to wait a year or more to buy a replacement rudder for my Zero? ]
