Hi, I recieved a Falcon 120 from you guys. The canopy is all cracked up. After a week of "Online chating and no body answering the phones, yes I called in the afternoon) I have gotten nowhere.

Basically what I am told is that I have to wait for a replacement canopy to come in stock in a few weeks to a month. Why do I have to wait when you can pull one from a kit?

What to do????

The instruction book is missing for the Long-EZ-46 !!! , I couldn't find it anywhere in the box !!! , and I can't start my build !

I have bought the kit from your vendor in Thailand, I've told them about this problem... Though, the only answer I got was "Sorry, I can't help you there, It's the manufacturer fault, I think you should wrote to Nitroplane"

Well, so much for a service there...

So Please help me out here.

Please post The PDF format or scaned version of the instruction so I can down load them. or you can send them to the following E-mail : Salapol_design@yahoo.com Thank you in advance....

Good luck. There service stinks at best. Yeah, they have cheap products...but as you can see, they have not done anything on replacing my canopy at all. I had to call them several times just to get them to send me some hardware that was missing from there YAK kit.

Did the p[lane come with a decal sheet? i just got a P-51 mustang from Nitro planes and couldnt find the manual. But found a cd in the decal sheet that has the PDF manual on it. Just a thought. mine was hidden between the 2 decal sheets.

Well, There was, a decal, ......but...... no CD and no Manual...... I wrote Notroplane an E-mail.. and there has been no reply at all..... .... I'll wait a few more days... after all it has been only 2 days. So I must give them some time...right..? ( Or...maybe not )
Anyway, Do you think I'll have a better luck asking those that has the Easy-EZ ?

nitrostaff1,
I recently purchased your nitro low wing arobatic trainer. The directions are sparse to say the least. I realize that it is an ARF plane, but should I really have to drill holes in the wing to mount the landing gear? Also, there was a bag of hardware that is missing. The instructions show to mount two plastic pieces on the rear of the wing for attachment points. These points are not there as well as the bolts used to attach the rear of the wing to the fuselage. Also, the wood parts used to mount the servo in the wing is not there. I had to buy some wood to fabricate a mount for my servo. Is there any way to get the remainder of the missing parts? The main gear is also a bit short. What I mean by this is that the wheels must be drilled out to fit, and then you must put the ring that secures them at the very edge to hold it on. The gear strut should be made about .25 inches longer to fit the wheels and ring properly. Even with the ring just barely on, the wheels are tight to spin because of the pressure on them to install the retaining ring.
Thanks,
Keven

Hey John....
Me too had this problem..., But I've never had any reply from them.
So, I start looking all the build forum ,trying to find those that had the same plane as I, wrote them some mail and then sit tight and hope that one of those people would be kind enough to reply. And fortunately some one did replied me and he was kind enough to sent me the PDF format.

So I would think you'll have a better luck doing it that way.

Otherwise, you might found the real meaning of the phase "waiting for the rest of you life".

Nitroplanes,

I just received my edge 540 and the included manual is for a different airplane. I got the Red Bull version, and the manual is for some other edge.

Biggest discrepancy is the firewall and motor mounting details, as well as control throws and CG location. I would hate to crash my airplane due to poor instructions.

I just purchased and F22 Raptor RTF plane. All looks good except It's missing 4 nuts that hold the control pushrods on the rockers.

Can I get those ?

My order:

https://order.store.yahoo.com/OS/stat?yhst-17210252890263+44807+c05beb9bc3a7a749cce5

Since I'm new to this...is there any other good directions for hooking up the servos and getting the ESC to work ? The instructions are very bad...
I already looked on this forum and found some posts...but no real answers. THANKS !
