I am interested in building a foam winng cutter and doing my own wings. I am building a boxer pattern plane and Gus, the designer, said he had a package that described this process. I know he is no longer with us, but does anyone have this booklet of his or can direct me to where I can find innstructions on how to build a foam cutter? Thanks ZZZZZ

Go to the scratch building forum. Lots of information there as well as links to web sites dedicated to making foam cores.
