I have placed maybe 6 orders through the Raidentech/x-heli/nitrorcx company...

The only problem I had was when I had ordered an aluminum exhaust pipe that was in stock along with some other parts from nitrorcx. When I got my order everything was there, and correct except there was a note saying the pipe was on backorder. Yadac123 (Andy) who is the exceed support guy has been excellent with returning my PM's about the issue and has been helpful with other things too.

I trust x-heli and its affiliates. I will continue to buy from them

Well I'm happy for you. Have you bothered to read all the comments associtated with this forum. you are only part of a few who have liked there service. So good luck. There are not only better sites to mail order from but also cheaper one's. And I'm sure if you can afford this hobby and continue to order from them you will get disappointed sooner or later.

Where are those cheaper sites with better shipping rates? I'll buy from whoever has the best bottom line

Xheli.com tried to rip me off. I made a puchase with them and asked for UPS ground for shipping and payed $10.22. When i received my email confirmation they shipped my items thru the US postal Service. They said it's faster and due to the size of my order USPS is default shipping. But I still payed for UPS Ground. After a couple of worthless emails from them they asked me to email them what the postal cost that they paid the ship my items for. They don't even know what they payed? Well anyways i received my package today and the shipping cost they paid was only $2.54. If I didn't catch this they would have pocketed $7.68 extra. How many other people are getting ripped off by them? Beware.

I too ordered a heli from Xheli.com before finding this thread. My order came in just fine except that I found that the battery was defective. Not expecting a whole lot, I started the process of trying to resolve the issue with them and initially ran into much of the trouble that so many above have been through. Thankfully I found this thread and the unlisted phone number. The first call was not answered and I didn't leave a message, but 30 minutes later I got a call back from someone who just said "I had a call from this number". Once I figured out it was Xheli I stated my concern and the guy emailed me an RMA to return the defective part and I also have an email with shipping info on a replacement. So far, so good. Now if I could just get them to give me the $20 difference from when I ordered last week and what they're charging for the heli this week!

I am interested in helicopters and was checking out Xheli.com and after some research I just do not feel like taking a chance. Here is what the BBB has to say about them.

After a couple bad online transactions I research before sending my money.

i have ordered from xheli for the third and final time. the first time i ordered a falcon 40 it arrived in 4 days i thought wow that was fast, untill i used the heli i plugged in the batt and heard a grinding noise. one of the servos was no good, took it apart and the gears were stripped the main output gear had about 6 teeth left on it. probbly a manufacture problem but it took me 2 days to get a hold of somebody and they said they will replace the servo no charge. but.... it took a month literally a month to arrive then my last order was on the 8th of this month i ordered 2 735 set micro helis for my sons birthday on the 18th... 10 days to get it to my house, thats more than enough time i work at UPS it dont take 10 days to get a 1pound pkg from cali to pittsburgh usaully 4 days 5 tops in peak season. it is now the 13th and ups had just recieved the pkg and shipping was resceduled for the 18th the day of my sons b-day so now i wont be able to give him his present till after the party or the next day because the pkg sat at their facility for 5 days before UPS even got the pkg SO THX XHELI FOR RUINING MY SONS B_DAY

if u want quick delivery and good customer service dont order from xheli

why are you making it so hard on yourself. did you know xheli.com has their own dedicated online support forum? www.rcdiscuss.com? if you bring this matter to the CORRECT attention you'll get your problem solved. Xheli.com doesn't have dedicated support here at RCU.

I've been to www.rcdiscuss.com myself and ANDY is the MAN there to help you out.

Last week I was going to buy a RTF belt cp from xheli luckily I read this thread first and tried to verify that it was in stock and ready to ship, I couldn't get anybody on the phone and there online assistance operator amy first tells me it is in stock and later tells me to check back in 5 weeks, I got a feeling I was getting hustled so I called helidirect and got a friendly salesman who assured me they had the heli in stock and ready to ship 3 days later I'm flying the belt cp and with the new customer coupon code I got a 10% and there was no charge for shipping. Thanks lineman for the warning these are tough times and $200 isn't easy to come by just to let some crooks take it from you.
