guess i dont haft to wait i can buy the non rebranded pipe right now. Thanks

Nah man do what you want, but when the pipe preforms different dont complain. I told you Mielke sells the pipe with a different header, The EB926 comes with a completely different lenght header, and those that know know how much of a difference a different header can make. And like I said before it is no big secert that the Mielke 2041 and EB 926 are the same pipe, they just come with different headers. Have fun trying to find other pointless things to bring up!

lol i dunno what your problem is but i asked you a question and you never even answered it. you basicaly from what it seemed like is told me the EB pipe was rebadged and all that. header length is not that big of a deal, ive operated an xdyno and i do know. the actual pipe is more important than the header. If i run the header that it comes with my powerband will be extremely close to what EB will sell.

I asked you whent he pipe will be out. you instead told me all about the pipe in every form except what i asked about..... why should i get the EB when you tell me basically all i need to know to google the pipe and get it somwhere else right now instead of answering my question so i would wait longer for the EB. I had no idea and thought EB made the pipe himself till you filled me in.

whens the EB Mods 2041 coming out?

I don't know but to ask this question I thing you knew everything you needed to know. I think you are just trying to stir up an arguement. Congrats on ur operation of an x-dyno, yes header lenght makes a huge difference, operating an x-dyno you should now that. And you asked me when the EB 2041 was coming out so you already knew it was the same pipe.

actually the lenght of your header can retune your pipe thus shorter is more for high rpms and so on......

it just shifts the powerband although some will do more but the pipe will generally make around the same Power a little bit more or less with diff headers.

Thanks for giving us the info and web links, as already said several time before, great site!

I looked an RC mag a few weeks ago and to my utter disappointment, EB no longer printed the timing profiles, critical dimensions, and other specific details about the engines he reviews and puts on dyno. Why did EB quit doing that? Honestly, I was hoping that EB would continue to do so and set a trend for other mags to pick up. The timing pofiles and such information he used to include are the haeart of what makes an engine great or a total POS.

For his next engine reviews, please implore him to print those details along with the dyno graphs so we can see what timing durations and engine designs make these little glow engines great. His info on also fuel, pipe, plug, and tuning for the ambient conditions are also info I would seek. I really hope he can begin to pint the engine dtails once again.
By beginning to do so, engine makers will have less and less reasons to hide behine the excuse I absolutley am sick of hearing and hate so much: "There are too many variables."

He's never going to do that. Remember he's running a company to make money and not to educate people in modding. Giving away numbers is not going to win him any business. Everyone could just do it on their own.

He would gain credibility but that's a different story.

More often than not it depends on what the magazine wants and what they are willing to pay for. Ed only gives them the info they ask for, also some manufactures don't want every number published. glad you liked the site, keep checking back as Ed will be updating the dyno graphs often.

Anyone can measure the stock numbers so it's not a secret or anything.
