Status: offline 		PA got back with me....They are making it right and thats what counts. Its not that the issues arise, its how things are handled afterwards that mean the most.

I will continue to send my business to PA in the future!!!

Hi Greg,

As we mentioned to you over the email, the emails you sent us were all over the weekend (Sat/Sun).
Our shop is closed over the weekend and we attend all emails on Monday morning. This last weekend was an exception. We received the container of the new Extra 260 on Friday and were working hard through the weekend to ship the pre orders.
Still first thing on Monday morning we replied your emails.

We are doing absolutely our best to serve all customers as fast as we can.
