Status: offline 		hey, figured you guys would be the best to ask instead of signing up to a new forum. im 16 in 8 days and my parents announced they will be buying me a 50cc motorbike. looking around we have narrowed it down to the 2 bikes in the title. theres about £40 difference between the 2 so price isn't a factor.

basically, which one is better and why?

i know these are only 50's....but im only going to be 16 hehe

Status: offline 		know one replied but i got the drd pro. now has a gianeli power pipe on and does 55mph on standard gearing. getting a 13t front sprocket (standard is 11t) so will do about 63mph. should be here monday. next up is a malossi 80 kit with 24mm carb, racing reed block and petals and a k&n filter (standard airbox is restricted to hell and back).

what are the laws on 50cc bikes in the states? how old do you have to be to ride them and can you legally modify them in any way?

over here its 16 Y/O and you cant do anything to them until you are 17 with a full license.....but i am not going to be stuck doing 30mph for a year, hence pipe and over mods that are soon to happen.
