Status: offline 		all my epa are at 150 and still coming up short per manual on high rates, using the 1.5" horns and supplied carbon rud horn,

now last time i check you should keep the servo travel at close to 100 not the max ends to acheive max throw for the flight controls

the rudder comes close, but i'm losing some throw cause of the subtrim being so high to "square" or center the rud servo horn, which is causing me to lose some throw on one side

i'd hate to drill the fight control horns another hole closer in or buy even longer servo arms

using a 8611a on the rud and 9350s on the elev and ail--NO DICE here

whats your guys setup?

Status: offline 		get your servo arm as close to centered as you can WITHOUT subtrims then adjust the pull-pull linkage(ie loosen one and tighten the other) to get the rudder centered, that should free up your throws a pretty fair amount.
