Any idea when the Boxxer kit will be back in stock? I'd like to get a second one

Not for a while as we are sold out. We have the Boxxer ARFs obviously and are concentrating on several other projects like the new 65" Yak kit and arf, and the new 80" Fusion project. If you have not checked out the Boxxer ARF I would encourage you to do so. It is really nice.

I can't seem to find them (Boxxer ARF) on your web site. How much, what color scheme(s) are available?

Hmm, I thought I've fixed all the pages. Try a refresh on the main page and then select the Boxxer ARF from the pull down menu. If not here's the link:

I did find it in the pull down menu, thanks. It was not listed at all in the models listing.

Buy both and take off 40 bucks from the combo deal. It is not listed on the webpage but we'll extend the same deal as we are for the kats and Fusions. Just call in the order and mention this thread by me.

So it sounds like the kit version is gone for good.

I think I may scratch one when I get the time. I've got a couple leftover ribs to trace and the rest should be easy to cut out based on the plans. The goal will be to get it as close to 4lb as possible with Saito 72.

EDIT: Matchless, AFSalmon, are you guys are ok with me scratching one off your plans? Its just a one off for me because I like to build. Not selling anything and I'm using the plans I got with the kit I purchased from OMP.

I don't have any issue and I'm sure Match wouldn't either as I think all of us old school scratch builders have scratched out planes from plans many times. Like I said before it is not worth the time and investment to produce 5 or 10 kits when it takes 12 months to sell them. Seems 99% of modelers just want ARFs these days unless you have a really easy kit to build. The Boxxer seemed to be troublesome or difficult for many so we decided to ARF it and make it easy for folks to get into a bipe profile.

I've got a Boxxer version 2 still in the box, I never opened it. I just can't find the time to build it.
If anybodys interested send me PM or email.

You might want to post that over on the other bro site. Probably some builders there who would be interested. Thanks for sharing this with our viewers here!
