Hi, i am new to this wonderful hobby and i just bought a tower trainer 40 and it came with a OS .46 LA engine and my question is what type of fuel can i use on this engine.

The fuel from Wildcat would be the 10% or 15% Premium Xtra with 18% Oil.

All engines have one critical area that determines the type and minimum % of oil that can be used. In most engines it'll be the piston/liner construction (cast iron, ringed, ABx) but in your LA it's the bushed crankshaft which needs more oil then any other part of the engine for long life. The usual recommendation is for 22% oil and this should have at least 50% castor if you use any synthetics. Nitro % is up to you..I don't use it so I can't make any recommendation on it.
