Hello
I am already using 2 li-ion pack 2600ma, one battshare and one smart-fly volt regulator. The 2 oputputs of the battshare are connected to my 6Volt regulator and 2 outputs regulator go to the RX.

I would like more flying time by using one 5200ma pack (2x2600ma in parallele with y harness) and one 2600mA in my 33% plane. This would give me 7800ma capacity.

I already have 3x 2600ma packs 7.4volts and do not want to buy a 5200mA 7.2Volts. Is it safe to use two 2600ma pack in parallele one one side of the batshare and one 2600ma on the other side of the battshare?

Daniel

Hi Daniel,
You can do that. The 5200mAH packs are just two 2600mAH cells in parallel. You might want to charge the two packs separately though. You could end up charging one pack all the way up and the other not all the way up. This could get worse over time.
