No affense myrcsupply but why do u put those killer engines in a mediocre truck. Why not a buggy or truggy or something? My opinion though?

It fairs fine. I dont run engines that dont meet my personal requirements. The wasp so far has been a sweety. She never has huge tuning curves, just a touch here and there and she is off and running. always keeps a temp constant which tells me that everything is well sealed and functions at its best. iv done alot of breakins for people on this engine, but this is the first one i have personaly ran in one of my own trucks.

My one concern with it is the pullstart unit. Broke a few of them before mounting up the old style rotorstart system to it. (bolts right up). There pullstart needs a nicer cord, buy hay- dont they all ~

Im not able to give you a direct link, however if you visit myrcsupply.com

and use the search for part number ORI80500 you might find what your looking for.

Hope that helps.

They do go into my nicer rides. But im not always racing. I am however always bashing. since i can swap an engine with only 4 screws, it makes my life easy Since the engines are already broke-in its a "plug n play" deal for me...

Another reason is becuase i like to know what im talking about when i talk about it. The best way to do that is to take the engines for a ride....right? and i keep my favorites in rotation.

The Draked engine is really smooth power. i like it alot. and since i got it (2 weeks ago) i have drivin it in 2 local races. So right now its my engine of choice. Owning a popular online shop, and the ability to talk directly with insiders makes it that much easier to get my hands on the engines.

and mediocre truck???? IMO- the savage is the best offroad available... thing is unstoppable... iv loved all mine since my 21ss

I was just wondering does RPM matter? My R/C buddy says it is very important. Thanx u guys for all of the engine choices. The ones i'm Keeping in mind is the Orion Wasp .28, the STS D21B, and the LRP. I know i've asked for a lot but Which engine has the best chance of keeping up with the Navorossi 528 because right now they are blowing me off the track with my Ofna force .26. I would also like to know which out of those engines is the most durable. Thank you for all ur help!

a Navorossi 528 I don't thank any of those will, the only one I can thank of that might and don't cost a ton and a half is the STS 30, Modded STS 30, or I know this is probally more then you want to spend the Picco 28.

the STS 21B will bw a big step of improvement, thats what my STS 21B replaced (Force 26 peac of junk IMO)

The choice is yours. Your going to see good power from all of them. And the new pipe will help out that much more.

If it where me, i would choose the one that has the best prices on replacement parts, as well as availablity. This way if/when you run into an issue, you know you can get your fix started quickly.

thats just IMO...

Let us know the outcome and winner
