well there is a bit more to it than that. What brand of lipo are you using?

basically the balancer has to have a compatible balance end, and it also has to match the polarity. Balancers like the blinky just have metal rods that stick out, so they are compatible with just about anything except TP PQ and the sort unless you buy an adaptor, but you have to make sure you hook up the pack the same every time.

yeah, no problemo. The thing is I don't have that in my list of batteries. but the good news is the website says it has an align connector and polarity. I would still double check it to make sure
http://www.helidirect.com/product_info.php?cPath=31&products_id=2145

now with that said there are alot of balancers you can use, the equinox, the hyperion, align chargers, cellpro charger, blinky ect ect You could even use the esky or eflite chargers if you wanted to go real cheap and didn't mind about a 4 3 hour charge time =P

if you already have a charger most balancers are right around 30 bucks. If you don't plan on going more than 5s then I would recommend the equnix for $30, and if you do plan on going more then I would get the lba hyperion 10 and get 2 of them. I personally don't like the blinky because it is just an IC that is covered with clear heat shrink and you have to remember each time to check the polarity and get it right or you'll fry something. Other balancers once you get it right once then that's all you have to do because unless you really force it you can't put it in backwards
