Cause then Microsoft will be competing with itself... I am sure when Dell buys MSFT products, they are getting them at a DEEP discount.. so when you are selling the software that come w/ your computer, no one will be buying the regular price software..
Kind of like if you are a student, and you buy Office for $10 a copy (legally, through school..) or even some company, like in my last job, we can buy Office for home use for $20.. if you are allowed to re-sale those, no one would be paying $350 or so for a copy of Office... ?!

Microsoft sucks......They hate everyone.....
And E-man, just put up a add on you car that you are selling it.....LOL 
(wether it is a large car, or a smaller one it up to you though.  )
