jamcar -> Toledo area 1/18 scale indoor track (6/11/2007 3:58 AM)

Hello all.. We have started a new indoor 1/18 scale track in the toledo ohio area if any of you are interested. Brand new RCP track, new loop and transpnders. If you are interested in running let me know and I will get you directions. We run on Sunday, start around 8:30 AM and run till about 4 in the afternoon. We have some pretty cool jumps too. The web-site should be up later on this week, that will have pictures and video of the track. That site is www.twodorksrcracing.com It will have all the information on it you need. Hope some of you are interested!

Forgot to mention that it's free for right now if you are interested. Had about 20 racers show up last week. Should be a lot more this week. Email me for more information.

Mdubz -> RE: Toledo area 1/18 scale indoor track (6/12/2007 8:57 PM)

Uh oh, movin' back to RCU eh? :P Anyways, let me say that if anyone is in the area they should really check out this track. It's run by friendly, devoted people and it's really going to be a nice track. I went last weekend and had a lot of fun, (They had a couple crazy jumps and a huge wall turn) and if you live in the area than you should too. :)

jamcar -> RE: Toledo area 1/18 scale indoor track (6/13/2007 12:19 AM)

LOL... Never left here! Thanks for the compliments! To add to what he has said, I completed a couple of more jumps today. Building some more next week that are going to top the others, by far! Hope to see some of you there.

Toledo Ohio area. Are you in the area? I can get you directions if you are close.

Chris2o9 -> RE: Toledo area 1/18 scale indoor track (6/14/2007 7:19 AM)

Good luck with the track and I recommend you put up some pictures [:D]

jamcar -> RE: Toledo area 1/18 scale indoor track (6/14/2007 8:24 PM)

Yes, I will. I took a bunch last week and for some reason they are all super huge. Like 20" X30". I will have to edit them and see if I can shrink them and I will get some up. Everyone is more then welcome to come out and play. We should have the loop and transponders there this week. Still running for free!

jamcar -> RE: Toledo area 1/18 scale indoor track (6/14/2007 11:22 PM)

We have even more track coming in this week so it will be a ton of fun. Loop, transponders and the rest of the stuff is due in today. I will get some pictures up on Monday. Hope to see some of you there!

Mdubz -> RE: Toledo area 1/18 scale indoor track (6/14/2007 11:44 PM)

Paul, if you want me to shrink down the pictures I could do it in like 2 seconds, as I've got Photoshop. You could email me the pics or send them over AIM?

JinOnfire -> RE: Toledo area 1/18 scale indoor track (6/15/2007 4:04 AM)

8:30 to 4 right, I may come but it wont be until like 10 or 11 Am but this I definetly want to see.

jamcar -> RE: Toledo area 1/18 scale indoor track (6/16/2007 11:27 PM)

Yes, 8:30 till about 4. Tomorrow should be an interesting day. We have even more track now and the lap counter system is here. We just have to get all the bugs worked out on that and were good. It's in the Owens CDT building off of Tracy road. North of Wales, about 1/10 of a mile, on the east side of the road. I don't remember the address off hand but it's in the 2200 block. There is RC race signs out front, just follow those around to the back of the building. There are plenty of signs pointing you in the right direction. Open to the public. If you want to bring anyone that's fine too. Hope to see you there!

Thanks Max, if you make it out this Sunday we'll talk to you about it then. We'll get your email address for that, plus we kind of wanted to get email addresses any ways to keep returning people updated on race dates, possible cancellations, future promotions and the like. once again, we appreciate your help and any input you have!

Scott

RCP Track of course! I'll be there tomorrow, I'm gonna bring my friend with me. Can't wait to test out the Vendetta with a Permax/Quark/Limn combo with 10th wheels and swaybars. :)

jamcar -> RE: Toledo area 1/18 scale indoor track (7/1/2007 4:27 PM)

Yes, it is RCP. We have a ton of that stuff! By the way, Scoatt forgot the road signs for directions so if you follow the directions on our web page you will still be able to find us. Hope to see you there!

PLANECRAZIE -> RE: Toledo area 1/18 scale indoor track (7/8/2007 12:59 AM)

We will be running again this Sunday 7-08-2007 at Owens community Collage CDT Center on Tracy road at 9:00 AM. It's still free so come on out and have some fun! for those who don't have a car to run, Paul will have a Vendetta or two to rent for $10.00 or $15.00 plus broken parts. This week we'll be pulling the jumps occasionally for the road guys to run.

jamcar -> RE: Toledo area 1/18 scale indoor track (7/9/2007 1:58 AM)

Great racing today! Also, we are going to start a new Micro-T track at the same location on Sundays. We have lots of left over RCP so we are going to dedicate an area for the Micro-T's!

jamcar -> RE: Toledo area 1/18 scale indoor track (7/10/2007 10:47 PM)

This Sunday (July 15) we are going to have several tables set aside for anyone that wants to sell stuff. Doesn't have to be 1/18 scale either, just RC related.
