I read in the Duralite forum where someone had asked when they were going to come out with a transmitter pack. For those who did not know it, PowerfLite has been selling 10.8V, 1300mAh TX Packs for a long time. Our customers LOVE them. Not only are they able to extend the flight time on their aircraft when they upgrade to PowerfLites, they find they can go ALL weekend on one transmitter charge. We offer the TX packs for all radios, even the "cased" Futaba 9Z and JR 10X systems.

Where can I buy a lipo transmitter pack for the new aurora hitec radio-2.4? Can I just off the wires on a battery pack and replace them with a Hitec plug?
Help please.

I have used a Turnigy 2S-2200 LIPO pack and a Hyperian 2S-2100 LIPO pack in my Aurora 9. I made an adapter that goes from a Deans to the radio, since all my packs have Deans connectors. Fits nicely into the space that was probably sized for a LIPO.

Works well, I go weeks with recharging since the packs hold a charge for a long time. You need to remove the pack for charging with an appropriate LIPO charger / balancer.
